Sexual Wellbeing

Respectful and safe sexual conduct is your responsibility and our priority

What is sexual wellbeing?

Sexual wellbeing requires a positive and respectful approach to sexuality and sexual relationships, as well as the possibility of having safe, pleasurable sexual relations without being coerced, discriminated, or subjected to violence.

In order to have good sexual wellbeing you need to:

  1. Be able to access high-quality information about all aspects of sex and sexuality

  2. Understand the risks you may face as well as the consequences of unprotected sex

  3. Be able to access sexual health care freely and confidentially

  4. Live in an environment and a society that encourages good sexual health and sexual practices
